AGC of East Tennessee and peer organizations in the regional building community (River City Company, Chattanooga Design Studio, AIA Chattanooga, BLOC, and Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors) are pleased to bring the Urban Land Institute’s 2019 Real Estate & Development Outlook to Chattanooga at a luncheon at The Westin on January 15, 2019.
ULI is the oldest and largest network for development across the world, and since development fuels the construction industry, this is an excellent opportunity to connect with and support the development community. We encourage you to invite your partners and colleagues in development to this event to learn more about national and local growth trends that affect our pipeline of projects.
At this event, ULI will share its forecast on real estate and development trends, featuring insights from leading experts both nationally and locally.
Emerging Trends in Real Estate® is a trends and forecast publication now in its 40th edition, and is one of the most highly regarded and widely read forecast reports in the real estate industry. Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2019, undertaken jointly by PwC and ULI, provides an outlook on U.S. investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas, and other real estate issues. The report draws on formal and informal surveys of real estate executives, investors, developers, and market experts around the U.S., including survey responses from over 1,500 real estate executives and personal interviews with over 350 industry leaders.
