Event Description:
BLOC is participating in this national event to transform public spaces for cars (parking spaces) into public spaces for people.  Hosted by Chattanooga Design Studio, BLOC will be joining other civic-minded organizations, architects and planners to create an interactive space designed for people engagement.  Wait until you see what they have planned for their space!  Stop by and check out all of the transformed spaces.
