Event Description:
Communication is one of the most challenging issues among construction teams. We have arranged for a communications assessment program through Costa Media that will reveal how you think you communicate, how you are perceived in professional and social environments, how you may need to adapt, and how you can be more effective.
• The cost for the assessment is $100, reduced at $10 per person for every 10 people who sign up.
• Your co-workers can also sign up for the assessment at the same price.
• A Nutshell report is also available for $50, which will compare two individuals' communications styles and how to best communicate with each other. You can do this with someone who works with you or even your spouse!
• Each participant will receive the assessment and workbook.
Mike Costa will lead a session for participants on Wednesday, September 29 from 5 - 7 pm in the AGC Training Room.
